SOLID FOUNDATION PROGRAM FOR PUPPIES
4 WEEK CLASS
For puppies 8 - 16 weeks old at the start of class. It's 1 day per week from 9am-3pm (drop pups off) Wednesdays or Fridays - your choice! You get to drop off your pup and have a certified trainer work with your pup throughout a structured day. Teaching the skills required for a solid foundation. Confidence building, socialization, exposure, and real-life skills. Setting your pup up to be a well-rounded, social, flexible adult dog. You get a scheduled 15-minute session with your pup and trainer at days end each week to practice the skills the puppy learned that day while you were away. You can then practice the new skills at home each week. And access to Dogzausted’s Saturday morning Puppy Play Groups is a part of this package at no additional cost to you while enrolled in the program!
GOOD DOG SKILLS / BASIC MANNERS
4 WEEK CLASS
For dogs 4 months and older, at this class they will learn basic behavior skills! Scheduled every Saturday at 11 am, we will teach your dog the everyday skills they need to be a well-mannered companion. From polite greetings and leash walking to reliable sit, stay, and recall, these lessons build a strong foundation for a happy, well-behaved dog at home and in public.
CANINE EXPLORER CLASS
4 WEEK CLASS
Excellent class for puppies of all ages as well as adult dogs. Especially helpful for shy or cautious dogs. Each week, dogs will explore new sights, sounds, textures, and equipment. No pressure learning for you and your dog in a safe environment. You will get to learn more about your dog, how he/she responds to stimulus in the environment and be supportive as you learn to work together as a team. Your dog can build confidence as they successfully navigate the environment each week.
REACTIVE ROVER
INTENSIVE 4 WEEK CLASS
1 ½ hour sessions with a 1-1 phone consult in between classes each week. You will learn to read your dog, identify triggers, help your dog learn to change how they react or DON'T REACT to their triggers.
This class is very in depth for the human end of the leash as you learn to better assist your dog.
Weekly walks with your dog, journaling, and class discussion are all a part of this class. We work with one dog at a time in the class room. If you have questions, please reach out.
1-ON-1 TRAINING SESSIONS
AS NEEDED
Personalized training sessions tailored to your dog’s unique needs and your goals as their owner. With individual attention, we focus on building skills, correcting unwanted behaviors, and strengthening the bond between you and your dog in a supportive, distraction-free environment.
PUPPY PLAY GROUPS
*NOT A CLASS* DROP-IN SESSIONS
EVERY SATURDAY AT 9 A.M.
Puppy play groups are for puppies that are between 10 - 24 weeks of age. Builds confidence. Helps puppies learn to read and respect communication from puppies they do NOT live with. Safety for all puppies is always a priority. There are 2 spaces, 1 for young/shy pups, 1 for older pups/pups with bigger play style. All humans are required to stay with their puppies. Age-appropriate vaccinations are required. There is a $10 drop-in fee. This is NOT a class although pups DO learn a lot! You do not have to sign up, you can just show up on the Saturday's you and your pup can make it! Play groups are currently held outside, so we recommend dressing accordingly -this will change when building is complete!
